As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic investment team who is passionate about the continued success of the Firm. You will work closely with the firm’s chief investment officer (“CIO”) to oversee the clients’ investment portfolios. Our company oversees a diverse range of public and private investments, including listed equities, private equity/credit and real estate.

What will you do? Role highlights
- Work with the wealth management platform specializing in data aggregation, analytics and reporting. Examine and interpret data from various sources and resolve investment data discrepancies.
- Review client investment performance for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Responsible for preparation of reports comprising of Performance Analysis, Contribution and Attribution analysis, Custom client reporting with the ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data.
- Work closely with the CIO to assist in preparing and executing various analyses of the portfolios and industry trends that directly translate to the due diligence of portfolios and associated strategies.
- Conduct portfolio analysis and evaluation, as well as contribute to the due diligence of investment activities for the firm.
- Works with CIO and Portfolio Managers to oversee the execution of programs designed to achieve investment objectives.
- Assist in the monitoring of current advisors, investment plans, portfolios and recommendations.
- Conduct broad industry and thematic research to help develop and understanding of relevant trends and risks.
- Build financial models across existing and prospective investments.
- Assist in the development of portfolio cashflow and performance projections.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working within a finance or investment environment.
- Good Knowledge of Investments, Financial Markets and Asset Management business with a good understanding of various Asset classes and Investment styles – Equity, Fixed income, Alternatives, Multi Assets, Active and Passive Investments, Liability Driven Investments.
- Knowledge of FactSet, Addepar Wealth Management Platform, Addepar Navigator or other industry tools would be an added advantage.
- Progress towards CFA or CFP strongly preferred.
- Computer literacy and aptitude to learn new processes and tools.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software
- Creative, driven, able to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a team

- Support senior team in the accomplishment of various assigned projects.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of office and expediting work results.
- Creation and maintenance of a filing system (electronic) for the firm including scanning.
- Arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, scheduling service calls, keeping the office calendar, answering telephones and processing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
